Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid special education teaching certification
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans for students with a range of learning needs
• Deliver direct instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate proactively with general education teachers, specialized staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as part of a multidisciplinary team
