Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• O.R. nursing experience and CNOR certification strongly preferred
• ACLS certification upon hire (or active BLS with commitment to obtain ACLS within 60 days)
• Outstanding ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication skills, multitasking, and a proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care based on established protocols and standards
• Participate in all phases of surgical intervention alongside multidisciplinary teams
