Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered 401k options Weekly pay Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Buyer with 1–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience to support purchasing operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for sourcing materials, maintaining inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, supporting Kanban and VMI programs, and ensuring production requirements are met through effective procurement planning. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field preferred 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred SAP experience required (Oracle experience is a plus) Experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory replenishment Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate bills of materials, lead times, and costs Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with supplier performance management, VMI, Kanban, or continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable Responsibility: Material procurement and inventory management Supplier sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) administration Purchase order management and supplier communications Cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives Supplier scorecards, corrective actions, and audits ERP system maintenance and reporting Support of engineering changes (ECOs) and production requirements Accounts payable, receiving, and inventory reconciliation support Office-based role with occasional production floor access.
