Remote Project Analyst - Customer Care Excellence

Hilton Chicago

Hilton is seeking a Project Analyst to support the HRCC team from our Dallas corporate office or remotely. You will apply project management skills across multiple projects and BAU activities, using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project to collect data, analyze it, and drive process improvements.

The role reports to the Senior Manager Customer Excellence and requires strong collaboration with Process Analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and effective
