Key Responsibilities

• Project Financial Management & Reporting Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.

• Resource Time Tracking & Capacity Support Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.

• PMO Operations & Governance Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.

• Process Compliance & Audits Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.

• Templates & Continuous Improvement Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.

• Smartsheet Administration Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong accounting and financial management skills

• Working knowledge of project management methodologies

• Familiarity with Smartsheet

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function

• Experience in regulated environments

• Smartsheet user or administration experience

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
