Speech Language Pathologist (Part Time) - Home Health

Speech Language Pathologist - Providence Home Health Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours/week, Day Shift. Area Coverage: Salem, Albany, Turner, Dallas, West Salem, Lebanon, Corvallis, Philomath and other assigned locations. The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. The role requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential. Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program, or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program, or equivalent education/experience. Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need. Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Occasional specialized experience may be required for certain department needs.
