Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Pekin, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various tasks in our fast-paced environment.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Food handling experience is a plus
