LaSalle Network is partnering with a professional services organization to hire an Interview Scheduling Coordinator to support its experienced-hire recruiting team. This organization is looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy coordinating schedules, communicating with candidates, and keeping recruiting processes running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity. This temporary opportunity will support increased recruiting activity and campus recruiting demands, helping ensure a seamless candidate experience while allowing recruiters to focus on hiring. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, distribute interview materials, and support onsite interview visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage frequent calendar changes, last-minute scheduling adjustments, and ongoing candidate follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and ensure interview teams have the information needed ahead of meetings.
• Coordinate onsite interview visits and manage related logistics.
• Track candidate progression and maintain accurate recruiting records and workflows within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team to help maintain efficiency and meet hiring demands.
• Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness when interacting with candidates and senior-level stakeholders.
