Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

General Dentist is seeking a full time/part time Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator.
Ideal candidate must have the following qualities to be considered:

- Enthusiastic attitude, caring and friendly
- Detail oriented, efficient
- Excellent customer service, time management skills
- Ability to fill Dr and Hygiene schedule to meet goals
- Great computer & organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and learn quickly
- 2 years work experience in a dental office required
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing and terminology
- Familiarity with handling patient co-payments and billing questions
- Ability to present and close treatment plans / financial arrangements
- PR, Marketing Skills

Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
