HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)
Department of the Air Force
DutiesHelpPerforms quality control and compliance reviews of operational civilian human resource actions for organizations across the OAF.Develops standard business processes and procedures relating to how Classification services are delivered to a variety of customers consistently across the OAF.Resolution of high-level inquiries and court directed Negotiated Settlements as directed by OAF and communicates and prepares complex correspondence on behalf of the OAF regarding the Classification program.Provides advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees on Classification. Department of the Air Force
