At WEL- Life at Kalispell, we're seeking an Executive Director who shares our belief that great senior care begins with relationships. We are a smaller community by design and located on one-level. We pride ourselves on offering residents the kind of personalized attention you just don't see in many senior living communities today.

We have an excellent staff with low turnover, fantastic resident reviews and a culture rooted in trust, empathy and accountability. If you thrive in setting the course for an up-and-coming community, this could be the opportunity for you. If you want to come in and dictate how things will be run, this is not the opportunity for you. We currently have an ED exiting who will assist with transition. We are looking for someone to maintain our culture while continuing our growth.

What You'll Do

As the Executive Director of WEL-Life at Kalispell, you will provide leadership for daily operations of the community ensuring excellent resident care, financial performance and positive workplace culture.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and supporting all departments
• Recruiting, coaching and developing employees
• Building rapport with residents and families
• Managing budgets, occupancy and financial operations
• Guiding marketing and community outreach
• Maintaining compliance of state and federal regulations
• Ensuring residents, families and employees feel valued

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Administrator of an assisted living, healthcare or senior living community
• A leader who leads with humility, integrity and care
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Strong operational knowledge with the ability to balance excellent resident care and strong financial operations
• Passionate about developing stable teams and creating a positive workplace culture.
