Nursing Professional Development Generalist

Methodist Health System seeks a Nursing Professional Development Generalist to advance nursing practice through high-impact education. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver orientation and ongoing education, and support competency validation for nurses across care settings. You’ll collaborate with clinical leaders to align programs with evidence-based standards, facilitate simulations and in-services, and mentor nurses in professional growth.
