Attorney (Partner) - Labor & Employment/Litigation

Job Description
PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join its Labor & Employment and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.
\n \nQualified candidates must have 10+ years of experience in private practice , a portable book of business of a minimum of $250,000, and experience servicing litigation matters for themselves or other partners.
\n \nThe successful candidate will provide advice and counsel to management-side clients and serve as first- or second-chair in state and federal court litigation and arbitration on a wide range of labor & employment and commercial litigation topics.
\n \nRepresentative litigation and arbitration matters are expected to include management-side wage-and-hour, meal and rest break, EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, restrictive covenant, and retaliation matters in both an individual and class action setting.
\n \nThe successful candidate also may be assigned to work on other litigation matters as part of PilieroMazza’s nationwide commercial litigation practice, which includes representation of government contractors and commercial businesses in commercial contract, government contract, construction, white collar civil, and other disputes.
\n \nApplicants should have a strong work ethic, and experience leading a team and supervising associates. The successful candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills. Applicants with additional Florida , Texas , and/or California bar admissions are of particular interest.
