Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility located in Easton, Maryland. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced, emergency department setting, handling a diverse patient demographic from neonates to geriatrics. The position requires flexibility in shift scheduling, including rotating night and evening shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift with rotating evening shifts, 3x12 or 4x12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Maryland or Compact State RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certification (completed during onboarding), NRP and TNCC preferred. At least 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience, including experience with patient ratios of 1:4 up to 1:5, and experience with Epic electronic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior trauma level I or level II experience, community hospital experience, and recent travel experience.
• Additional Information: The role includes every other weekend and holiday requirements, with floating responsibilities within the ED specialty across multiple facilities if needed. On-call shifts are not required. Proof of compliance documentation (labs, modules) is required within five days prior to start date.
