Safety Manager

Position: Data Center Construction Safety Manager / Loss Control Specialist Location: New Albany, OH (43054) Duration: 18 month contract with extension / conversion potential Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Safety / Loss Control Specialist to support large-scale data center construction projects. This role provides on-site safety leadership, risk management, and OCIP oversight to ensure best-in-class safety performance on mission‑critical builds. Key Responsibilities Lead site safety walks, audits, meetings, and reporting Perform construction risk assessments and incident investigations Partner with project teams and contractors to drive zero-incident performance Support OCIP requirements, insurance coordination, and regulatory compliance Deliver on-site safety training and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 7+ years in a dedicated construction safety role CSP or CHST certification (BCSP) Active OSHA 500 Experience in OCIP environments and insurance/claims coordination Background in large-scale, ground-up construction (data centers or mission‑critical environments preferred) Compensation $60/hr to $85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
