Lola's Waterfront Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead one of South Florida's premier waterfront dining destinations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and operational performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
