Assembly Worker

Assembler (Electronics Manufacturing)We are currently seeking an Assembler for an electronics manufacturing environment in Bourne, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or assembly experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.The Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components according to detailed written manufacturing instructions and product specifications. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure high-quality output.Location: Bourne, MA Pay Rate: $20/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Assemble electronic components following written work instructions and specificationsUse basic hand tools and applicable power tools (electric/pneumatic)Perform tasks with attention to detail in both assembly and documentationFollow established procedures and quality standardsWork under immediate supervision and support team goalsAssist team members as needed in a collaborative environmentMaintain dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitudePerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic computer skillsGood communication and decision-making skillsDependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitudePreferred Experience:Prior soldering experience strongly preferredPrevious exposure to electronic assembly or manufacturing environments a plus#3368ST
