Quality Data Analyst

To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Data Analyst will perform advanced data preparation, analysis, and reporting while working remotely from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas. Key responsibilities Collects, validates, and maintains accurate datasets for quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives Develops and enhances dashboards and reports, improving data processes using analytic tools Partners with stakeholders to interpret analytic outputs and translate findings into actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field At least three years of related experience for Level II; five years for Level III Intermediate to expert-level skills in healthcare data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) Strong understanding of healthcare quality measures and performance improvement methodologies Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively
