Job Responsibilities

Review and underwrite R&W opportunities with supervision

Assist in file completion, background checks and policy issuance

Conduct due diligence to analyze the risk to be insured, including:

• Reviewing asset and merger agreements, disclosure schedules, data room materials and financial and operational records of prospective insureds
• Taking notes during underwriting calls with the proposed insured and their advisors to discuss the risk to be insured; and
• Preparing conference call agenda

Engage in marketing efforts with senior and junior Ambridge colleagues
