Lead Advanced Analytics - Wireless Offer Performance, Investment Efficiency

Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to evaluate individual offer performance Evaluate offer efficiency across the broader offer portfolio, including spend, growth, cost drivers, profitability, investment levels, incremental value, and customer quality Analyze drivers of volume, gross adds, upgrades, retention, ARPU, device mix, channel mix, rate plan mix, customer cohorts, offer structures, eligibility, and promotional performance Develop insights and recommendations for offer design, gating, targeting, pricing, promotional strategy, budget allocation, and investment decisions Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, trend analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development for forecasting, budget planning, OEM negotiations, and investment decisions Build test-and-learn frameworks and recurring efficiency reviews to improve performance, reduce inefficient spend, and redirect investment toward higher-value growth Partner with Offer Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, leadership, and other analytics teams to align measurement and translate findings into business actions Maintain executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance readouts for offer performance, spend efficiency, and investment effectiveness Lead significant analytics workstreams with strategic autonomy and develop repeatable measurement frameworks Influence decisions across Offer Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, OEM negotiation support, and leadership stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited university in a quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline 5+ years of related experience in advanced analytics, business analysis, data science, forecasting, financial analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, visualization tools, and analytics/modeling tools preferred Examples of relevant tools include Snowflake, eCDW, BIDW, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools Certification is required in some areas Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week Must work in one of the posted locations; no relocation is offered Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize offer performance.
