Operations Specialist

Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Operations Specialists for a refurbishment and logistics project based in Brooklyn, New York.

In this role, you will support the preparation and refurbishment of e-bikes , ensuring they are repaired, inspected, cleaned, and packaged to meet high-quality standards before reaching customers. You will work closely with the operational team and bike mechanics in a well-equipped center to optimize warehouse processes and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering excellent e-bike products.

Your Role

• Prepare e-bikes for shipment, including inspection, fault finding, cleaning, and packaging
• Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues and bike mechanics to ensure high-quality refurbishment standards
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to optimize warehouse operations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment

Your Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or operational environment, handling complex packaging or assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in continuous improvement of operational processes
• Basic knowledge of English for communication with team members
• Enthusiasm for hands-on work and practical problem-solving
• Team player with a proactive and responsible mindset
