Schedule: Multiple shifts available

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Warehouse Associates for a well-established food manufacturing and distribution company with locations in Montebello and Santa Fe Springs.

We have several long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities available for candidates with experience operating warehouse equipment and working in receiving, inventory, material handling, scanning, and general warehouse operations.

This position includes forklift operation, RF scanner use, inventory/material handling, and working in a freezer environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
Load, unload, move, and organize materials
Receive and verify incoming products and materials
Replenish inventory and move product to designated locations
Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
Label and organize materials accurately
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
Perform daily equipment inspections
Follow all warehouse and food manufacturing safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist other warehouse departments as needed

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required
Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
Experience with sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
RF scanner experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Comfortable working the assigned schedule
Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete E-Verify
