Human Resources Operations Manager

• Administer the HRIS (Paylocity), including daily operational tasks, reporting, data entry, maintenance, and routine audits
• Provide operational and administrative support in compliance, leave management, benefits administration, and strategic project administration
• Support new hire orientations, routine reporting outside of HRIS, and payroll preparation activities
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors
• Refer complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate staff
• Partner with the supervisor on annual benefits open enrollment
• Partner with the supervisor and HR team members to advance department goals and organizational success
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field or related experience 5+ years of experience within the HR function 3+ years with a related Master’s degree Experience with HRIS and ATS operational tasks required Some knowledge of leave management and multi-state compliance required Experience assisting with benefits administration highly preferred Experience working remotely highly preferred Knowledge of leave management and multi-state compliance highly preferred Experience in life science, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple priorities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal manager follow-up Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HRIS administration, including Paylocity, and possesses strong knowledge of leave management and multi-state compliance. Proven ability to support benefits administration and manage operational tasks effectively while ensuring organizational success.
