Location & Employment Type

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days Onsite

Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Pay Range: $17.98 – $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound communications with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS

* Support candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments and onboarding steps

* Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues that may impact candidate progress

* Escalate candidate concerns with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail

* Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

* Complete administrative and operational support tasks as needed

* Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to enhance hiring workflows and candidate satisfaction

Required Qualifications

* Previous customer service and/or call center experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

* Ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with technical troubleshooting or systems support is a plus
