Key Responsibilities Lead backend development team Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot Drive end-to-end technical delivery Implement RESTful APIs and integrations Optimize microservices for performance and scalability Ensure compliance with banking security standards Troubleshoot production issues and root cause analysis Mentor junior engineers Required Skills Core Java (Java 8/11/17+) Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Cloud Microservices architecture Kafka / RabbitMQ REST APIs Postman Swagger Hibernate/JPA Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL Jenkins Git Maven Docker Kubernetes Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) Preferred Qualifications Banking / Payments background Experience in core banking, digital payments, fraud systems Understanding of PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire'in Solutions
