Key Qualifications:

• Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current Educator Certificate
• Experience delivering school-based speech therapy, preferably with early childhood populations
• Capable of providing SLPA supervision
• Openness to primarily in-person work, with potential for a partial hybrid schedule

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood students
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and supervision to a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Support inclusive educational practices within the school setting
