The Jacksonville Office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience, preferably in bodily injury and/or general liability. Requirements Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability. Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills. Prior experience handling all aspects of discovery. Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents; create medical chronologies and bill summaries. Handle all aspects of discovery. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers and counsel in a team environment. Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe and Excel.
