Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Park City, UT, responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role includes planning project timelines, coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will work closely with expeditors, inspectors, and logistics teams to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed. Daily activities include managing project documentation, monitoring risks, communicating status updates, and driving continuous improvement across projects. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely movement of materials, tasks, and approvals. Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control standards to maintain compliance and performance. Logistics Management experience, including coordination of resources, timelines, and supply chain activities. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely.
