Position Highlights

• Job Title: Business Development & Sales Representative (Entry-Level)
• Location: Tulsa, OK (In-Person)
• Potential Income: $15/hour + commission and bonuses
• Status: Full-Time (including Saturdays)
• Operating Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 7:00pm & Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Reports To: Area Operations Manager and/or Finance Manager

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing our digital incoming messages and phone lines to turn interested shoppers into scheduled appointments:

• Outbound & Inbound Communication: Respond rapidly to customers who reach out through our website, social media, and third-party platforms via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Customer Matchmaking: Chat with prospects to understand their vehicle needs, answer basic questions about our inventory, and guide them through our simple online pre-approval process.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified buyers for VIP appointments at our showroom and set up a seamless hand-off to our onsite team.
• Daily Pipeline Management: Keep our customer database organized, log your daily interactions, and follow up with past leads to ensure no customer is left behind.

We don't expect you to be an expert on day one, but we measure the inputs that lead to success:

• Activity & Hustle: Maintaining a high daily volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Speed to Lead: How fast you respond to an incoming inquiry (our goal is under 10 minutes).
• Show Rate: The percentage of appointments you book that successfully walk through the door.
• Coachability: Your ability to take feedback from management and immediately apply it to your next customer interaction.
