ServiceNow Business Analyst

Senior Business AnalystWe are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate customer workshops, to establish functional business challenges, design business processes, or elicit the functional needs of the customer. You will produce and maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, technotes, and testing, etc.What you'll be doing:Create functional solutions that meet the needs of the customerDisseminate work to project teamFacilitate workshops, training, and other customer-facing activitiesSupport the overall business/project plan by contributing to the analysis of project deliverables; problem analysis, and resolution at functional and strategic levelLead and delegate to solve problemsEnsure alignment of client and project team expectationsProvide strategic impact and/or advice on engagements within their domain of expertise; act as technical product advocateEvaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendationsDesign, develop, and implement ITIL processesCollaborate and bring client's requirements to cross-domain integration/design sessionsImplement technology-specific best practices and standardsResearch and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutionsPropose data model, design changes to processes and products, exert significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignmentTranslate stated requirements into functional and technical requirementsReview and refine designs for usability, review testing scenarios, and refine test cases to ensure application quality; work with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected resultsProvide Quality Assurance of deliverables and methodology; ensure consistency of experience, approach, and deliverablesFacilitates UAT sessions and UAT material creationPlan, develop and deliver client trainingPerform and participate in product roadmap planningWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
