Residential Electrician

Install and Remodel Division
Milwaukee, WI

Current Electric is hiring an experienced Residential Electrician to join our Install and Remodel team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled electrician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a growing division. We are looking for someone with strong technical ability, professionalism, and the potential to lead crews and mentor others over time.

What You Will Do

Complete residential remodel and installation projects from rough-in through finish
Perform electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish work
Support apprentices and less experienced technicians on jobsites
Coordinate with project managers and operations to keep projects on schedule
Maintain jobsite safety and ensure NEC and company standard compliance
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read blueprints and plan work efficiently
Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and crew leadership
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
