Salary: $44,000 / year Other Forms of Compensation: Job Summary Working as an Office Manager, you are responsible for all administrative and office management duties within the Environmental Services department of a local hospital. Key Responsibilities Preparespayroll and maintains personnel files Assists with administrative HR tasks such as new hire orientation and onboarding Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow Preparesreports formanagement and other duties as necessary Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years' experience or college degree plus two years' experience Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Crothall is a member of Compass Group USA Associates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
