Hybrid Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting application enhancements, technology modernization initiatives, and public-facing solutions. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder engagement, Agile collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions.

Document business, functional, and technical requirements for projects and enhancements.

Develop process models, workflows, and business process improvement recommendations.

Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery artifacts.

Support strategic planning, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment activities.

Collaborate with project teams to support application enhancements and technology updates.

Assist stakeholders in navigating organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery efforts.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Minimum 7 years of experience conducting business process reviews, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.

Minimum 5 years of experience developing and managing user stories within Agile development environments.

Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership to drive strategy, roadmap development, and consensus building.

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting projects involving public-facing technology solutions.

Strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement methodologies.

Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution recommendations.

Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience supporting Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, or work agreements is preferred.

Experience working within regulated environments and compliance-driven programs is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
