The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manages accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Reconciles bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Processes payroll and maintains related tax records and compliance.
• Supports HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
• Oversees general office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Assists with financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close procedures.
• Maintains accurate and organized financial and administrative records.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel with strong data entry skills.
• Proven ability to manage office operations, including administrative tasks and vendor relations.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting beyond basic functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and their financial implications
• Experience with payroll processing and related tax regulations
• Background in a manufacturing or production environment
