What's your day like?

As a Universal Banker at our Warminster Office, you will engage in a variety of daily tasks that support our commitment to outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with account inquiries, processing transactions, and providing financial product information tailored to their needs. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by offering personalized solutions.

Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours on Friday until 6:00 PM, and Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. With a focus on professionalism and teamwork, each day will present new challenges and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in the banking sector.

To be successful as a Universal Banker at QNB Bank, several key skills and competencies are essential. You should possess creativity and energy in modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs, ensuring goals are achieved while meeting quality standards. Building strong customer relationships is crucial; you must represent QNB in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate and efficient service through consultative selling and effective cross-selling techniques. Effective communication skills are necessary to evaluate customer needs via open-ended questions, ensuring appropriate referrals to resources. You will be required to open, close, and service various deposit products, as well as process loans with proficiency.

A thorough understanding of branch transactions is vital for executing Universal Banker functions, including balancing cash drawers and managing ATM and vault settlements. Moreover, you should demonstrate a commitment to community involvement and participate in local initiatives. Completing assigned compliance training in a timely manner is also mandatory, and you must be available during all operating hours, including holidays and weekends.
