Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. Responsibilities
* Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
* Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
* Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
* Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Process customer policy change requests.
* Take premium payments from customers.
Requirements
* Must have insurance license(s) alreadyORbe willing to go through the licensing process.
* Driven and goal-oriented individual.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
* Adhering to strict FCC rules, please don’t apply if you have any charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules.
* No insurance experience requiredbut must be willing to learn
