Stock and price items for merchandising on the sales floor. Assist in the maintenance of the store and donation area, keeping it clean, neat, and organized. Perform cleaning duties as assigned by Management. Follow all POS/Cash Register Policies in accordance with TSA Policies and Procedures. Maintain safety and compliance standards. Attend required monthly store meetings. Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently. Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages. Assist donors with removal of all donated items from their vehicle and provide a receipt. Separate and sort all donated material into the proper containers and stack as instructed by Management. Perform other written and/or verbal duties as may be assigned by Management. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions. Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry. Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors. Physical Demands Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay Rate $16.90 per hour. Schedule Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage.
