Shipping Clerk Location: El Paso, TX East side Department: Warehouse & Logistics Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in a warehouse environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels. Verify product quantities, descriptions, and shipment information for accuracy. Coordinate daily shipping activities with carriers and transportation providers. Load and unload shipments as needed using warehouse equipment. Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions in company systems. Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and shipping regulations. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as required. Work collaboratively with receiving, production, and customer service teams. High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
