Certified Nursing Assistant

Elm Wood Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in West Warwick, RI, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident-centered care. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals, while monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting changes to nursing staff. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control and safety standards. Working in a compassionate, teamwork-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with nurses and therapists to support individualized care plans, promote dignity and quality of life, and contribute to positive clinical and satisfaction outcomes.
