What You’ll DO:
- Support the Edge Kids mission and follow all policies.
- Greet and check in children and parents.
- Lead fun, age-appropriate games and activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and energetic environment.
- Work with children ages 12 weeks–12 years.
- Keep the Kids room clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Support fellow Edge team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
What You’ll NEED:
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
- Passion for working with kids.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent class and activity management skills.
- Willingness to learn, train, and grow.
