Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Response in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a premier commercial tower location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, assist tenants and visitors, and provide professional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.40 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns according to site procedures. Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and tenant interactions in accordance with site-specific policies. Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
