About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. I've spent most of my career in the insurance industry and bring over 20 years of experience to the agency. Helping people, developing strong relationships, and building a positive team environment have always been passions of mine. I earned my MBA from University of Southern Indiana and my bachelor's degree from Illinois State University. I'm married with children who keep me busy and active outside of work. I stay involved in the community through the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement initiatives, and a variety of local community events. Giving back and staying connected locally is something I truly value. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing costs paid up front, extensive training opportunities, and a flexible, understanding environment when it comes to personal and family needs. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
