Account Services Manager

Responsibilities: Designated as the primary point of contact for all crisis and disaster situations for USAID, working in tandem with the agency’s IT Chief Information Technology Officer to ensure timely response and resolution for IT-related issues Prioritize tasks and responsibilities among peers to ensure that quality technical support is provided to end-users Maintain positive relationship between customers and peers to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction within contractually defined parameters Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures for crisis and major incident management Manage a team of ten personnel, provided leadership, direction, and coaching Act as liaison between technical teams and customers for levels of communication encompassing routine discussions to crisis technical bridges Manage Work Order requests, both internal and customer-facing by monitoring for accuracy and timely completion Prepare and delivere analysis of data to executive-level customers during weekly conferences and as determined by contractual deliverables Create and maintain Configured Items and computer systems within central database as Configuration Analyst/Manager Grant and creat accesses for technical teams to Remedy ticketing system and AlertFind paging database Perform research on technical issues to ensure they were completed utilizing the NTTDATA Best Practices standardsQualifications:- Active Secret clearance or Interim Secret required- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline or 8-10 years of relevant work experiencePosting Date:Department: -
