Builtech is currently seeking a Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented team. Responsibilities Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually. Own the project financials and job profitability. Orchestrator of the project team – client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc. Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices. Represent Builtech as the client’s primary contact. Daily communication with your project teammates. Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
