Benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth and career development Fun and energetic work environment Employee discounts on delicious food Job Summary Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Present the menu, inform guests of specials and answer any questions they may have Take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff with accuracy Prepare and deliver beverage orders Serve dishes promptly and garnish them with proper presentation Assist in stocking and resetting tables, as well as bussing tables Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service Complete opening and closing checklists Perform other related duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Basic math skills and accuracy in handling money Pleasant, personable, and friendly attitude Sense of urgency and ability to maintain a fast-paced environment Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation Physical & Mental Requirements: Must be able to stand for periods of up to 4 hours Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, team members and management Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds About Us At Pizza Inn, we believe in delivering more than just great pizza.
