Floating Leasing Consultant

Sares-Regis Group is seeking a Part-Time Floating Leasing Consultant to support multifamily communities across the Western U.S. In this role, you’ll travel between properties to greet prospects, conduct tours, and explain pricing, availability, and community features. You will handle inquiries, process applications, prepare leases, and assist with move-ins and move-outs. The position requires strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills, as well as comfort learning different property management systems.
