Beach Automotive Customer Assistance Center / Internet Sales PositionFULL TIME ONLY! We have an immediate need for men and women to work in our Customer Assistance Center / Internet Sales Dept. Must have sales experience. The Beach Automotive internet sales center manages all incoming and outgoing sales calls, responds to Internet inquiries, operates our Live Chat website feature, makes customer satisfaction calls and completes various database marketing initiatives. We also handle customer concerns/complaints until they are resolved and we assist in the support and training of our Sales Force. It is a fast paced, hi-tech job and we have a lot of fun doing it! The ideal person will be an energetic, outgoing person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to earn a great living. Typing skills, a comfort level with the internet and Microsoft Office skills are a must. You will need to be able to multi-task, follow guidelines and have a good phone voice. If you find yourself possessing all or most of these things, and you like to smile a lot, you may be our guy or gal.
