What We Expect

• Professional and courteous guest service is a must.

• Prior banquet or serving experience is a plus.

• Ability to serve alcohol requires minimum age of 18.

• Provide professional, courteous assistance to all guests.

• Set up and reset banquet rooms according to specifications.

• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and as ordered.

• Keep the banquet area clean and well-organized before and after events.

• Adhere to all beverage service policies and procedures.

• Stay informed and prepared by participating in necessary meetings and communications.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all.

• Address any significant issues with management promptly.
