Sanitation DriverThe Sanitation Driver is responsible for the timely delivery, pickup, and servicing of portable sanitation units at customer locations. This role involves safely operating company vehicles, using pumping hoses and related equipment, maintaining accurate service records, and delivering excellent customer service—all while maintaining a strong safety mindset and clean driving record.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsSafely operate a company vehicle (flatbed truck and/or trailer) to deliver, service, and retrieve portable sanitation unitsService equipment by pumping holding tanks and performing routine maintenanceConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain accurate daily logs and service documentationFollow all safety procedures, policies, and protocols at all timesSafely operate equipment in a variety of outdoor and weather conditionsCustomer ServiceCommunicate professionally and courteously with customers on-siteBuild positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and managementRepresent Crown Services with professionalism and integrityRespond to customer needs efficiently and respectfullyGeneral ExpectationsDemonstrate reliability, accuracy, and strong work ethicAdapt to changing schedules, priorities, and customer needsMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeWork independently while remaining detail-oriented and safety-focusedReport unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptlyMinimum Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic computer skills (email, logs, reports)Basic math skillsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to follow safety procedures and work independentlySelf-motivated, dependable, and adaptableStrong customer service mindsetExperience & EducationRequiredMinimum 2 years of professional driving experienceValid Class C Driver's LicenseClean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsPreferredBilingual in English and Spanish (not required)Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentRegularly sit, walk, reach, bend, and use hands to operate equipmentFrequently lift and carry up to 50 lbsWork outdoors in varying weather conditionsEqual Opportunity EmployerCrown Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
