Hourly Rate: $59.18/hour

Provide nursing care for oncology and mixed acuity patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry environment.

Deliver safe, high-quality care for patients receiving advanced therapies, including autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic transplants and CAR-T therapy (as applicable to the unit).

Perform telemetry monitoring, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Administer and monitor blood products and coordinate ongoing care needs.

Support vascular access care, including central line blood draws, peripheral line care/management, and PICC management.

Provide patient care involving feeding tube management and oxygen therapy (including nasal cannula administration).

Use resources such as Rapid Response Teams when patient status changes.

Required:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• At least 1 year of Medical-Surgical (MS) and oncology nursing experience
• Comfort working with MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) and telemetry monitoring
• EPIC computerized charting experience required

Preferred:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
• Chemotherapy certification (preferred, not required)

Work in an oncology-focused Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, caring for patients with blood cancers and related conditions. The role includes telemetry-based monitoring and inpatient nursing responsibilities in a setting that supports complex oncology therapies, including transplant and CAR-T-related care.
